Blessing New Office in IEC Antique

The blessing of new office in IEC, Antique on April 29, 2010, graciously concelebrated by Fr. Jose, Glicerio C. Geremia , the Parish Priest of St. Joseph the Worker, participated by DTI Specialist Engr. Roger Petinglay, President of INSOL, Mr. Gavin Bunker, Executive Director Romy Baldevia of AFON, VP of INSOL, Mrs. Estrella Andress, guests and members.
The celebration foretells the goodnews to come in the IEC and to each member after listening to the talks of each invented speakers. Engr. Petinglay once said that, there is a big opportunity for each member to be part of the Hub and Node Project in the Engineered Bamboo. He explained that any micro-enterprise who will be engage in the Node Project could neither supply raw bamboo splits, while the Hub project includes the marketing, manufacturing and processing of bamboo.

Definitely the new IEC office would be a new place of discovery for the members. The spacious property at the back would be useful enough if composting would be put into practice as a respond in what they have learned from the talk of the president about the R’s of solid waste management; REUSE, REDUCE and RECYCLE.

Finally VP Estrella Andres ended the celebration on her talks which ponder more challenges for the members.
