Dela Fuente Bakeshop bakes various kinds of breads and pastries. The bakeshop was popularized in baking especial otap that its ingredients are made of dried malunggay leaves and squash. The green ingredients that are minced and mixed to the flour helps the appearance of the finish products looks very nice. Dela Fuente Bakeshop produces two flavored otap using these two ingredients that are very sweet otap and the unsweetened otap or no sugar.

Since in 2007, using these ingredients, the mix nutritious veggies (malunggay leaves ands squash), have tremendously exhibits quality taste and satisfaction to the consumers.

Although the bakeshop has gain good market by primarily giving focus in making this kind of otap, being known as a brittle kind of biscuit, the normal process of cooking assorted breads is still a big part of the bakeshop production everyday.
