To develop the management capacity of the entrepreneur INSOL provides training modules. These have changed from the original Family Enterprise Development Modules to become one day stand alone training seminars under INSOL’s brand name of Enterprise Advantage. It consists of 36 modules of varying categories in developing management capacity series such as, personal management series, managing finance series, managing markets series, managing operations series, and managing people series.

These seminars are developed in the local language with content appropriate to the micro entrepreneur.

INSOL staffs undergo a training of trainers for each module and must carry a certificate to facilitate the modules. Modules are developed complete with a work book, a facilitator’s training plan and several video clips demonstrating the concepts in the reality of the Philippines market place showing people and experiences familiar to the entrepreneurs to promote their discussion and learning.
